All prices quoted are in British Pounds (sterling).  You may send your credit card information over the internet, or by cheque by mail if you prefer.

Delivery information refers to England, Wales and some parts of Scotland.

For any mail order requirements outside England, Wales and mainland Scotland, please contact direct for your delivery price. 

All orders will be sent using a national courier, and should be with you within 5-7 of acknowledgement of order, taking into account normal working days only.  If the product is temporarily out of stock we will contact you as to when the goods will be available, and how you wish to continue with your order.

To ensure prompt delivery, accurate information is vital. Please ensure that all names and addresses are accurate. Our products require a signature on receipt, so please ensure that someone will be able to accept the delivery. Alternatively, we can deliver to a work address. If no one is in to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card. They will reattempt delivery a further time. It then becomes the recipient's responsibility to contact the courier to rearrange a suitable delivery date.

Claims for Loss or Damage

Our products are both heavy and delicate so we take extra care with our packaging to ensure that your order arrives in good condition. In the event of any missing or damaged goods, please contact us, by telephone or in writing within three days of delivery.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our on-line shopping system.
